Our five spaces offer different settings and capacities, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations:
Poolside Garden: up to 120 guests for a seated banquet
Cloud Café & Bar: up to 90 guests
The Loft: up to 45 guests
The Scarlet Room: up to 25 guests
The Library: up to 8 guests

Absolutely. You are welcome to work with suppliers you know and trust. To help everything run smoothly, please share their details and expected arrival times with us at least five days before your event so we can arrange access for set-up. All décor must be free-standing and approved by the hotel in advance.
Yes. Our events menus provide a starting point, but we are always happy to create something around your occasion. Choose from our existing selections or work with our Chef to develop a menu based on your guests, dietary requirements and preferred style of service. We will then prepare a menu proposal for you, with final menus confirmed seven days before the event.
Yes. You can reserve all 31 rooms and Suites for your group and enjoy the hotel exclusively for your occasion. With the garden, pool, dining spaces and guest accommodation all part of your experience, exclusive use creates a more private and personal celebration. We recommend mentioning this early in your enquiry so our team can plan accordingly.
Of course. Our 31 rooms and Suites can be reserved alongside your event, making it easy for your guests to celebrate, stay and enjoy the hotel without having to travel elsewhere. Let us know how many rooms you require when enquiring, and we will include the accommodation options in your quotation.
Yes. The Scarlet Room is designed for meetings, presentations, interviews and training, with a projector and screen.
Theatre style: up to 25 guests
Classroom style: up to 20 guests
Conference table: up to 15 guests
For smaller, more private meetings, the Library accommodates up to 8 guests. Refreshments and meals are prepared by our own culinary team and can be arranged around your schedule.
To comply with Sri Lankan noise regulations, music must finish by 22:30. Last orders for food and beverages are also at 22:30. Our team can help you plan the flow of your event so you can make the most of the evening within these timings.
For weddings and exclusive hotel use, we recommend enquiring several months in advance to give you the widest choice of dates and arrangements. For private dinners, meetings, birthdays and smaller gatherings, a few weeks is generally sufficient. Whenever you have a date in mind, send us an enquiry and our team will check availability for you.
