To show thanks and appreciation to our partners for the past year/s, we hosted our annual thanksgiving cocktail under the plush greenery and fairy light setting of our poolside venue, Amber Poolside. The event gave the guests a chance to put aside their gloves and to interact with fellow competitors and others involved in the Hospitality industry. All this conversation was enjoyed over an array of drinks and delectable food courtesy of our renowned Chef Ranjith Meegastenna and his team. Chef Meegastenna didn’t hold back in his offerings, with a variety ranging from smoked salmon, to chicken kathi kebab, to a specific corner dedicated to Japanese tempura.

Present on our behalf was the senior management. Mr. Arun Thapar – Owner and Managing Director of Colombo Court Hotel & Spa, Mr. Saranath Rambukwella – Director of Colombo Court Hotel & Spa and Mr. Roshan George – General Manager of Colombo Court Hotel & Spa and the rest of the team spent the evening ensuring that everyone was well taken care of. Invited to the event were top corporate executives, friends and members of the travel trade and media.
