Scarlet Room Launches Its New Menu

Scarlet Room, Colombo Court Hotel & Spa’s Fine Dining Restaurant, launched its new menu last Monday. With a focus on quality as opposed to quantity, the new menu is quite concise and will have you coming back for more.

This menu overflows with flavour. Each dish oozes a blend of tastes, carefully chosen by Chef Nalin. While keeping its Italian roots, the menu expands to other culinary arts from different parts of the Western world. From the Mixed Green Salad with Beetroot, to the braised Duck Breast to the Gnocchi, our small menu is big in diversity.

If you are a fan of soup, then you’re in luck. Chef Nalin has decided to not give you the same boring option everyday. Instead, he will always have something new for you, experimenting with different elements to give you something unexpected, yet packed with flavour. Just ask your server what the Chef has in store.
