Cancellation & Amendments Policy
* Bookings cancelled within 7 days will incur a 100% charge for their full stay.
* Bookings cancelled 7 days prior to the date of the arrival will not bear any charges.
* All no shows will incur a charge of 100%
Child Policy
* Infant to child aged 5 years, stay for free on sharing basis.
* Children aged between 6-11 years, on a shared basis will be charged 50% on above mentioned meal supplements.
* Children aged 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and the above-mentioned rates will apply.
* A complimentary baby cot will be provided for infants. Kindly note that babysitting services are not available at the hotel.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
* General check in time is at 14:00 hours and check out time is at 12:00 hours
* Early check-in is subject to availability and will be chargeable. To ensure the room is available for an early check-in, we recommend booking a night in advance.
* Late check-out is subject to availability. If the check-out is beyond the stipulated time, Colombo Court Hotel & Spa reserves the right, without further notice, to charge an additional one night’s stay at the prevailing room rate
